In the spectacular Solanas Punta del Este 140-hectare plot, we designed Green Park Vacation Club, a Real Estate Development that occupies 20 hectares. It consists of 16 three, four and five-storey high-rise residential property buildings surrounding large artificial lakes and swimming pools (an overall project of 75,000-sqm residential property buildings). Built in a neo-classic Mediterranean style, it displays the elegant moldings, terraces and Spanish tiles that are so distinctive of the Mediterranean.

Location: it is only 400 meters away from Portezuelo beach in Punta del Este; 15 minutes away from Punta del Este, one of the trendiest beach cities in the Southern Cone, and only 5 minutes away from the Punta del Este International Airport.

The development also offers a luxurious amenity: a four-hectare Crystal Lagoon with wide white-sand beaches. Solanas Crystal Beach is an architectural and engineering project, which opened up in December 2016. Today it is an asset for the Solanas Vacation Resort complex that includes three additional private neighborhoods also designed by us: @CrystalView, @gardensview, @greenpark.
