Project and Construction Management
In 1995, Tía S.A. established the biggest National Distribution Center in Argentina; about 40,000 sqm set on a 17-hectare plot, in the Tortuguitas Industrial Park. This NDC has a 38,000-sqm warehouse and a 2,000 sqm office space. The Project and construction was executed using the Project and Construction Management system, in partnership with a renowned construction company and with the support of the British company Logistic Planning Consultants. The NDC is as fully equipped as the best NDCs in Europe, including high-end technology, imported materials from various countries, and USA original pre-fab construction systems.
