Set on a 4,000-sqm plot in Highland Park Country Club filled with majestic centennial trees, we designed an 800-sqm residential property with a clear English-style imprint —a style which stays current despite temporary tendencies or fashion trends. Benefitting from the dimensions of the plot, the house was built 25 meters away from the boundary line in order to offer a better a thorough perspective from the entrance gate. The plan was thought in a way that would allow every social area of the house to open up toward the back garden that has a large swimming pool and a putting green surrounded by centennial trees of various species.
