Palladian Style

Proyect and Construction Management

Here is a Palladian Villa on a 5000 sqm plot in Lomas de San Isidro, Province of Buenos Aires. Designed on a 3 module concept, the house is formed by a main two-story residence, followed in line first by a barbecue area – the so called “quincho” – and its swimming pool and then by a spa with its tennis court. Considering both the shapes and colors on the one hand and the moldings and stone materials on the other hand, it is obvious that we chose in this case classic architecture. Nevertheless, we used pre-fab carpentry with imported thermo-pannels, kitchen furniture imported from Germany so as to attain a classic product with the last generation comfort.
