This is a 700-sqm neo-colonial Mediterranean residential property on a 1100-sqm plot. The house was designed bearing in mind the close relationship with the Boating Club canals, a gated community in San Isidro, Province of Buenos Aires. The garden with its surrounding balustrade resembles the quintessential Italian villas on the Mediterranean. Built in three storeys and with an enchanting lawn-deck expansion that seems to be floating over the canal, the residence takes advantage of the pier and its contact with nature.
