As the port and customs area were being recycled in the early 90s for the development of high-end office buildings and restaurants along the canal, we developed residential properties in the area opposite to Puerto Madero towards the river. These are 8- to 9-storey buildings with fabulous views of the canal and the river. Litman Architects participated in the esthetics design of Santa María del Puerto —a 45,000-sqm French style residential property.
