With our significant experience in Design and Construction Management of condiminiums in various locations on the coasts of Latin America, we designed in Tamarindo, Guanacaste a project located in the hillside of Tamarindo’s beach which contains 64,000 m2 of living space (approximately 700,000 sq. ft.), made up of: * 393 condominium units * 60 condo-hotel units * 24 single-family residences.
All condo units have spectacular ocean views. The buildings are designed as terraces in the hillside and blend into the natural surroundings. The lower elevations of the property will be mostly dedicated to green zones, parks, and common areas. Tamarindo is a multicultural beach community in transition. It started off like most beach towns in Costa Rica but for a variety of reasons has attracted the world’s attention and is evolving into a premier oceanside community. With its pristine beaches, crystal clear blue waters, superb natural surroundings, and near perfect weather, it is no wonder that Tamarindo is among the most popular vacation destinations.

The 1st stage, the CONDO – HOTEL  is about to be inaugurated early 2015. A second stage with 90 rooms, in 2 stages of 45 each and a Business Center , is about to be launched soon.
