In Punta del Este —a prestigious world-known summer resort in Uruguay— in the Rincón del Indio area that sits on a beach called Playa Brava, we designed a neo-colonial Mediterranean style residential property with classic details. We thought of a “house-apartment” concept in which apartments units can be enjoyed to their full potential through traditional elements of a house: spacious terraces, individual grills for each apartment and roof-top gardens in the common terrace
