VERAMANSA, an exclusive Tourist Resort to enjoy beautiful swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym and spa among other things, in an environment of relaxation and leisure. It is located on the Mansa coast at Parada 42.5 with an excellent view of the great Mansa bay, the Gorriti Island and the Peninsula. Due to its magnificent location, overlooking both the ocean in the front and the famous lagoon called Laguna del Diario in the back, you can enjoy a combination of marine and rural environments.
The 15-hectare plot allowed a harmonious architectural project thanks to its typical soft slopes and the large variety of existing trees. The project is divided in three areas: SECTOR MAR (ocean area), (SECTOR LOMADA (rolling hill area) and SECTOR LAGUNA (lagoon area); distributed in such a way so that each area has a good orientation and nice views both to the sea and to the lagoon. The first 2 areas, SECTOR MAR and SECTOR LOMADA, have a semi-circle line of four to five-storey residential properties with apartments ranging between 126 sqm and 250 sqm. There will also be an area destined to home residences on the lagoon area.
